Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier, has received the goods.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

• Individually made products manufactured to customer specifications, including balloon compositions, custom sets, and goods with individually selected colors, shapes, lettering, and decorative elements.
• Helium-filled balloons, as they have a limited float time and their properties deteriorate over time.
• Balloon compositions and decorations made for a specific date or event.
• Goods with limited shelf life, including chocolate, sweets, fresh flowers, and other food items that are part of gift sets.
• Gift sets and gift boxes if the packaging has been opened after handover, a seal has been removed, or the contents have been altered.
• Goods that have been used in whole or in part after receipt, in particular inflated balloons and decorative elements.

In case of damage upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If the withdrawal is effective, we will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Notice of Withdrawal

6. Return of Goods

The customer must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which they inform us about the withdrawal from this contract. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
